Written by Willy Russell’s ‘Our Day Out’ is an exciting play that tells the story of a school trip like no other. Our adaptation shows the remedial ‘progress class’, led by liberal teacher Miss Kay, on their school trip to Lake Naivasha. However, the strict Mrs Briggs has a completely different idea of how the day should be organised, with low expectations for these students she is confident that they should not even have an outing. With some unscheduled stops along the course of their trip, from the zoo to the funfair, will the students win over Mrs Briggs or will they prove her right? Age Restriction: +5
